Had a vehicle towed from Pleasantville to Waukee. They loaded the vehicle quickly, caused zero damage when dragging it onto the truck (my vehicle is lowered), it was secured very well. I rode with the driver back to waukee and he was a very safe and conscientious driver. Unloaded the vehicle for me in my driveway perfectly, and again quickly. I can not recommend Dan's Towing and Service any higher, they did a great job. They treated my hunk of junk like a million bucks, like it was their own vehicle, can't ask for much better than that! Thank you so much!

I highly recommend Dan's Towing & Service. On Saturday at 6:30 PM, my hybrid car broke down west of Dallas Center. My roadside assistance informed me they couldn't arrange a tow until Monday.
I then contacted Dan's Towing & Service, and Dan promptly came to my aid. Although he doesn't typically work on hybrids, he had encountered the specific issue before. He towed my car to his shop, where we diagnosed a blown fuse, a problem also indicated by online resources.
This morning, I was able to purchase the replacement part from the dealership. It was originally quoted at $55, but I only paid $10 as it was a recalled part. My car is now fully operational.
I am incredibly pleased with Dan's excellent service and knowledge. He truly went above and beyond.
